What this site collects

The contact form collects the name, email address, and message you type. The newsletter form collects your email address. Nothing else on this site asks for information about you.

What we do with it

Contact messages go to support@relationalskillshealth.com, where a member of our staff reads and answers them. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the newsletter, and every message carries an unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with anyone outside the company except the service providers named below.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser type, for a limited period. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. We set no advertising or analytics cookies.

Members and clinical information

This site is not a patient portal and should not be used to send clinical or health information. Information about members of our services is handled under separate notices provided at enrollment and under applicable federal and state law.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete information you have sent through this site, or to stop the newsletter, write to support@relationalskillshealth.com. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date.
